Our Homes
These beautiful homes in Irving, Texas are owned and operated by Tinu Chacko. He is a health-care professional who enjoys traveling and hosting guests.
Our first location is a 2 story, 5 bedroom home in Valley Ranch area. It is conveniently located 10 minutes from DFW Airport and 15 minutes from Love Field Airport. The home has access to all major highways, including 635, 161, and 114.
The home consists of one large master bedroom and bathroom downstairs, a large formal dining room, family room, and breakfast area. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as an open seating and additional sleeping space. The home is minutes away from shopping complex, movie theater, restaurants and entertainment venues.
Our second home is a brand new one-story house in Irving. It also has easy access to Highway 114 and minutes away from DFW Airport. It is a four bed, 3 bath home, with a breakfast area, open seating area, family room and large backyard.
Both homes are fully furnished. Amenities include washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee pot, crockpot, basic kitchen utensils, and barbecue grill. We provide linens, including sheets, pillows and towels.

Come visit our new property in the Irving area, just minutes from DFW airport and all the conveniently located near major highways for quick access to nearby attractions, shopping, and entertainment. This is a 4 bedroom home, with master and a guest room, living/dining area, office downstairs, and two bedrooms and large living area upstairs, as well as a backyard deck. There is also access to a community pool in short driving distance.
